We want you to be completely satisfied with the value and performance of your Wobble Wedge® product. If not satisfied, you may return any product purchased from Focus 12, Inc. for a full refund (excluding taxes and shipping).
Depending upon the shipping destination, we offer both UPS and US Postal Service shipping options. Please choose your preferred carrier during the ordering process. Orders to PO Boxes will only be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. Focus 12 Inc. may revise your shipping choice based on review of destination, holiday schedules, and commercial or residential delivery. No shipping charges will be adjusted upward without contacting you for permission.
For orders under $15.00, we recommend 1st Class Mail as the lowest cost carrier. For orders over $15.00, UPS Ground is generally the most economical. For orders outside the US, please contact us by phone or email, as rates are variable. Focus 12 will make every effort to provide the best shipping rates.
We are committed to the fastest possible turnaround time for all orders, large or small. Normally we ship orders on the same day they are received, up to 3 pm Mountain Standard Time.
As soon as your order is placed we will email you a confirmation. You will receive a second e-mail with your shipment information when your order ships.

You may track packages shipped by UPS using the tracking number e-mailed to you in your shipping confirmation.
You may track domestic packages shipped by USPS Express or Priority Mail using the tracking number e-mailed to you in your shipping confirmation. In some cases, the tracking number will be emailed directly from USPS. Packages shipped by First Class Mail cannot be tracked.
International Order Tracking & Customs
All International UPS (United Parcel Service) shipping methods provide package tracking. The only USPS (US Postal Service) international shipping methods which provide package tracking is Global Express and Global Priority. Packages shipped by International First Class cannot be tracked.
The responsibility for all international shipments rests with the customer once the package has been placed by us with the selected carrier. The customer is also responsible for the payment of customs and other import duties levied at the place of delivery.
Canceling your Order
You may cancel your order anytime before it ships by calling us at 800-635-4494 or contacting us at email@example.com. Please include your name, address and order number. If your order has already shipped, simply return your unopened package and we will refund your purchase price. Unfortunately we cannot refund your shipping charges.
